Return & Refund Policy — Garaufi

At Garaufi, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@garaufi.nl with your order number. We will provide instructions and the return address. Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard banking time for processing.

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions or marked as final sale may not be eligible for refund. Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights under EU law remain fully applicable in addition to this policy.
