Shipping Policy — Garaufi
Garaufi ships orders to the address entered during checkout. Please ensure that delivery information is correct, as we cannot adjust addresses once the order is processed.
Orders are typically dispatched within standard handling times. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volumes, customs checks or unforeseen external circumstances. Garaufi is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown during checkout. If re-delivery attempts are required due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional charges may apply.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Risk of loss transfers at the moment the parcel is collected by the carrier. If a package is shown as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly as they remain responsible for proof of delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to refusal, unpaid import duties, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
